Are refunds available after the process has started?We value each client’s process and want to ensure we allow both the time and space to complete the project to your liking. Once the design process has begun there are no refunds. If needed, consider scheduling a consultation with our team to get a personalized recommendation on the services that may be best for you!

Do the graphics in my retainer roll over monthly?We appreciate your commitment to BLVD Branding. Graphics within that month must be used as they do not roll over. Our team will keep track of each graphic and notify you towards the end of the month with the amount of graphics you have remaining.
