
BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WRITTEN AND PLACED TO PROTECT YOU ("THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER") AND MYSELF ("BLVD BRANDING, LLC"). IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR CONTACTING US FOR PROJECTS. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO REVISION. LAST UPDATED JANUARY 2024
HOURS OF OPERATION
BLVD Branding, LLC business hours are Tuesday - Friday between 11AM-5PM CST. Business days DO NOT include the weekends, holidays, vacation, or any other days we announce as closed. Any clients that choose to contact us outside of business hours may be replied to, but if not, will be replied to on the next business day.
*All messages are responded to within 48 business hours, however at peak times, responses can be delayed.*
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
All pricing at BLVD Branding, LLC is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to this site. If there has been agreed pricing between [Our Team] and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until that project is complete. For projects $300 and under, payment must be made in full before any work begins. Projects over $300 must be paid in full or require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT beforehand. Payment plans are available upon request. Final files will be sent upon competition of the project once the full payment is made, if not already paid.
Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by BLVD Branding, LLC. Payments can be made via debit card, credit card, as well as Apple Pay or Zelle. If you would like to pay with Apple Pay or Zelle please contact BLVD Branding, LLC prior to booking your service to confirm. No project will begin without proper payment received.

PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME
Note that the turnaround of ALL projects begin the next business day following the completion of our Client Design Form and submission of all other information required to complete the design. All design projects have different turnaround times. Please review the service details for the specific turnaround time or contact us for questions.
The turnaround time for design revisions is NOT included in the standard turnaround; revisions take an additional 3-7+ BUSINESS DAYS depending on the service. For this reason we recommend that clients are specific and direct in their approach when citing their revisions. Turnaround time frames may be extended/delayed due to personal/ business emergencies, illness, theft, computer/tech failure, Acts of God, worldly emergencies, or other crises. No finalized artwork files will be delivered until balance is paid in full.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of the services provided, BLVD Branding, LLC does not provide refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. If by chance you choose to cancel your order, then it becomes forfeited by the client and the design process will come to a stop. At no time will anything be reimbursed. If there is an issue that arises on BLVD Branding, LLC’s end, a decision on a refund or payment adjustment will be at our discretion. If any fraud disputes are filed for fulfilled orders it will be handled by our attorney.
DRAFTS AND REVISIONS
BLVD Branding, LLC has a TWO revision limit per project. If the client is not satisfied after the three revisions, BLVD Branding, LLC will charge a $10 - $50 fee per additional revision the client requests. Revisions include, but are not limited to, fonts, color, and sizing. The turnaround time for design revisions is NOT included in the base turnaround; revisions take an additional 3-7+ BUSINESS DAYS depending on the service. Work includes only the final, deliverable art, and not any preliminary work or sketches. All draft work is property of BLVD Branding, LLC and may not be used in any format unless permitted.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
BLVD Branding, LLC stands by a "No disturb" clause. During the design process it is important for the client to understand that the designer works best in a non disturbance atmosphere. You will receive your first preview on a business day in which your order is due. There WILL NOT be any constant contact during the duration of the design process unless you’ve purchased a Branding Package which has virtual meetings & multiple deadlines. This eliminates slowing down on orders and allows us to meet all turnaround times. If at any time you have questions about this feel free to contact us. All emails and messages are responded to within 48 business hours, however at peak times, responses can be delayed.
CONTENT ACCURACY
All communication must be through email or our CRM platform for accurate documentation. BLVD Branding is not responsible for spelling errors, typos, or missing information. Please ensure all wording is free of grammatical errors. No changes will be made after design approval unless a revision fee is paid.
DISAPPEARING ACT
If the client does not complete our “Client Design Form” and submit all other information required to complete the design within 30 BUSINESS DAYS, then the order will be terminated and will result in a $50 restart fee. If a design is purchased and worked on and the client does not finalize designs within 30 BUSINESS DAYS after being sent, there will be a $50 restart fee. After 45 days, the project is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
FINAL FILES DELIVERY
Design files are sent over in formats ranging between pdf, png, svg, and jpg. Once final designs are sent and agreed upon, there will be an additional $30 fee for us to go in and make any additional adjustments.
USAGE RUGHTS
Upon full payment, the client has the right to utilize the design across all media subsidiaries for business promotion. BLVD Branding, LLC reserves the right to exhibit the design for business promotional use.
HAVING A VISION
We 100% recommend waiting until you have all the details for your project before booking; it makes the process flow and eradicates extra revisions. We can help guide you but it is imperative to always have a vision for anything that you are branding. Designers can not read your mind or freestyle repeatedly because that will result in visions not being met and multiple revisions. Please be sure that your vision is clear before any purchase is made. Even a small vision will be good to work with.
TERMINATION
If by chance your order is terminated it is because of wrong doing on your part. It is disrespectful to treat anyone, especially a creative in a rude manner. Whether it's by disrespect, not respecting the time of the designer, or not turning in needed information timely, overall that is not fair to BLVD Branding, LLC or our other clients.
